About Costellier

Costellier is a pricing and recipe-planning tool operated by Maria de Ysasi, trading as HeirStyle UK, a UK sole trader established at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom. By using it, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement.

Your account

You sign in through a Shopify customer account even if you choose to pay by GCash or Philippine bank transfer. The payment is attached to the signed-in Costellier account. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Access is for you and must not be shared, transferred, resold or used to provide accounts to others.

Free and Lifetime plans

The Free plan currently allows up to 10 materials or ingredients, 3 recipes, and 3 Make Settings per recipe while keeping Making notes & instructions available. A Lifetime Unlimited purchase is one payment, not a subscription. It removes those limits for the purchasing account and enables the advanced business tools identified in the app, currently including Unlimited Make Settings, price-list exports, profitability ranking, cost-change warnings and pricing history. The exact GBP or PHP total is shown before you choose a payment route. Shopify card payments can be verified automatically. A manual GCash or Philippine bank payment remains pending until HeirStyle UK confirms cleared funds using the submitted transaction reference; submitting a reference or returning to the website does not itself activate access. Do not pay twice while a payment is pending. Features may develop as Costellier improves. Before immediate access can be activated, you must expressly request it and acknowledge that activation ends your 14-day cancellation right. Our Refund Policy explains the exceptions and your statutory rights. “Lifetime” means for the lifetime of that Costellier account while the Costellier service remains available; it is not a promise that hosting or every feature will continue forever. We may improve, replace or retire features when reasonably necessary.

Payments and receipts

For a manual Philippine payment, use only the receiving instructions shown inside your signed-in Costellier account and enter the genuine GCash or bank transaction reference. Payment instructions have a displayed expiry time. After that time, the old receiving details are hidden and must not be used. If money already left your account, submit its reference for manual reconciliation and do not pay again; if you did not pay, cancel the old request before requesting current instructions.

Manual review is not instant. The contract for manual Lifetime Unlimited access is confirmed when HeirStyle UK verifies cleared funds, approves the request and activates access. If a payment fails or cannot be matched, no access is activated. Approval automatically issues one numbered electronic payment receipt to the signed-in customer account. The receipt can be viewed, printed or downloaded and remains available with the payment record. Keep it together with these terms and the Refund Policy. Contact us before paying again if money left your account but the status is not confirmed.

Your calculations

Costellier is a planning aid. Results depend on the figures you enter and may include rounding. A fixed selling fee is treated as one fee per priced order. VAT and sales tax are not added automatically. You are responsible for checking costs, taxes, fees, margins and final selling prices. Costellier is not financial, tax or legal advice.

Your content

You keep ownership of materials, ingredients, recipes, photographs and other content you add. You give HeirStyle UK the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and display that content to you through the service. You confirm that you have the right to upload it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or harmful content, disrupt the app, bypass plan limits, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or copy and resell Costellier itself.

Our intellectual property

Costellier’s software, design, branding and original content belong to HeirStyle UK or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep Costellier reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep regular backups using the in-app download tool. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, HeirStyle UK is not responsible for business decisions or losses caused by relying on unchecked calculations or failing to keep a backup.

Ending access

You may stop using Costellier and request deletion of your data. We may suspend access for serious misuse, fraud or a material breach of these terms, normally after giving reasonable notice where practical.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while any mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply.
