Costellier is operated by Maria de Ysasi, trading as HeirStyle UK, a UK sole trader.

When asking about a purchase, include your Shopify order number or Costellier Philippine-payment reference and only the last four characters of the payment transaction reference. Never email your full transaction reference, password, wallet PIN, one-time password or full payment-card details.

Delete your Costellier data

Email us from the same address used for your Shopify customer account with the subject “Delete my Costellier data”. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting. We normally respond within one month.

A deletion request can cover your saved materials, ingredients, recipes, product photos, settings and Costellier account record. Limited transaction or security records may be retained where required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims.

Shopify account

Deleting Costellier data does not automatically delete your HeirStyle Shopify customer account or Shopify order history. If you want those records reviewed too, say so in your email and we will explain the relevant Shopify process.

Download a backup first

If you can still sign in, open Business Settings and select “Download backup” before requesting deletion. Once deletion is completed, removed content may not be recoverable.
